Meet Kialy

Kialy Lessard is a multi-state Licensed Esthetician and the founder of Element Skin Therapy. She built Element with one mission in mind — to inspire confidence from the outside-in, so every client can show up as the best version of themselves.

With a background spanning both med-spa and day spa environments, Kialy brings a rare blend of clinical expertise and genuine warmth to every treatment. She created Element to be something Billings didn't yet have — a results-driven skin care spa where advanced corrective treatments meet a truly relaxing, welcoming experience.

Every product you see in our store has been personally tested by Kialy herself. If it's here, she believes in it.
